And Welcome. I am So excited that you have found us. You are probably here for a few reasons, you either found me on any of my social media channels,  a friend refer you , or you have been looking for what I call "Your Soulmate Hairstylist" the person who will guide you to achieve that hair you have been dreaming of. 

 

Weather that meanings helping to discover your hair full beauty potencial, creating the perfect dimension of colors, or helping you to properly understant your hair needs you are in the right place. 

Because this will be my first time doing your hair, I require your booking to be with the First Time client Menu option. In there you will find the FIRST TIME CLIENT PACKAGE  or the SALLY'S HYH PLAN which is the first consultion prior a color service.

Let me walk you through a typical 

First time Client Package 

When you arrive , 

Me and my assistant will greet you with a big smile!  You will have a consultation with me where I will take the proper assessment of your hair and scalp finding if there any conditions we have to addres and what is your hair and scalp type, this will help me customize the products we will use on your hair. I do not belive in one product fits all, since every head represents a completely and unique universe.  The information collected will  then set the foundation to giving you what you want and will help me  build a plan not only for our first appointment, but also a longterm hair maintenance to ensure your hair goals are met and your hair is always looking its best. 

Once our

CONSULTATION 

is complete, we will head to the shampoo bowl for a relaxing scalp massage and the application of one of our hair mask under the steamer. We will allow you to relax and enjoy one of our beverage or a snack, so sit back, relax, and let us take care of the rest.  We will finish our service by styling with one of our signature Healthy Blowout and of course the IG photoshoot. I will recommend at home maintance products to keep up with the healthy hair routine at home.   

WITHIN A WEEK YOU WILL RECEIVE BY POSTAL SERVICE A THANK YOU POST CARD FROM ME THANKING YOU FOR SPENDING YOUR TIME WITH ME AND MAKING SURE ALL YOUR EXPECTATIONS WERE MET.

Information Required for booking 

We require a valid credit card number to hold ANY appointment. As a courtesy to other clients looking for availability, no appointments can be held for any guests without it being secured with a valid credit card number (or a credit card on file). There are no exceptions to this policy. Please have your full name, phone number and/or email address ready at the time of booking as well.

 

For those clients who do not wish to supply a credit card to secure their booking, or who are unsure if they are able to make their desired appointment time, we would encourage you to simply “walk-in” at your leisure. We are always happy to accommodate our “walk-ins” with the next available stylists.

 

For our repeat guests, all credit card numbers will be stored in your profile, fully encrypted and hidden from our view, only to be used for securing future bookings (and for future charges at your discretion).

 

Late Arrival, Cancellations, and No Show policy 

Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment to allow for check-in. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule your appointment according to our stylist availability.

 

 

We require 48 hours notice for all cancellations and changes.  Clients are free to change or cancel their appointments with us, at no charge up until 48 hours prior to their appointment times. Any cancellation or change within 48 hours will incur a $30  fee.  Any client that does not show up for an appointment without any prior notice or cancellation will be charged the full value of the scheduled service. We reserve the right to immediately charge clients credit cards for change fees and no show appointment fees, with no exceptions.

 

Changes and cancellations must be made verbally, over the phone, during our normal business hours, with our receptionist, or thru email with our online booking system. Leaving a message on our machine outside of normal business hours will not be considered notice of change or cancellation.

Hair Service Policy

If for any reason a client is dissatisfied, we will gladly adjust the service within seven (7) of the original appointment at no additional charge.

Color and extension services require a consultation and a 50% deposit. If your hair is Natural, please be advised that your hair must be straightened to get a haircut or a trim. 

After weave or braids removal, hair must be completely detangled before any service is rendered or a minimum of $60 will be charged.
